You never know how a black dress will be received, but the rainbow colors and it being sparkly was just a hit. As always with this company, the quality is top-notch … it fits slightly big, but the girls are just now turning four so I think they’ll be able to wear this for the next two years which is perfect quite frankly. There is a cotton lining inside the dress so th dress fabric is not itchy at all."
