UGC Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the User Generated Content (UGC) program of Lola + The Boys (“Company”). Participation in this program allows you, the user, to submit content including, but not limited to, photos, videos, reviews, and comments (“Content”) for use by the Company across various platforms. By submitting Content to the Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility of Content: The Company invites users, including consumers and parents with their children, to submit original Content that captures the essence and spirit of the brand. The Content must be owned by the submitter and may include images, videos, text, and multimedia.
2. Grant of License: By submitting Content, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the Content (including your username/handle) in any media or medium, now known or later developed.
3. Ownership and Rights: You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to submit the Content and to grant the Company the aforementioned rights. While you retain ownership of your Content, by submitting it, you allow the Company the rights specified above.
4. Use of Content: The Company may use the submitted Content for advertising, marketing, promotional, and other commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media channels, website, emails, and advertisements, without further notification, permission, or compensation to you.
5. Modification and Removal: The Company respects your rights and upon your request, will endeavor to modify or remove your Content from its platforms, where feasible and when The Company chooses to comply. Please email: James@FreedomMediaX.Com & Angeli@FreedomMediaX.Com with removal requests.
6. Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene. The Company reserves the right to remove such content without notice.
7. Liability: The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of your Content.
8. Disclaimer: The Company does not endorse, guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any submitted Content.
9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your submitted Content.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
11. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the UGC program at any time without notice.
