        "This polka dot dress is very cute. The fabric has a satin finish, and a slight shine. It has a bit of tulle at the hips on the underskirt giving the skirt a bit of volume. We added another tulle tutu for the look we wanted. Runs true to size, my daughter is about to be 7, but is pretty much a size 8 through most popular brands, so we took the size 8 here as well."
