"This is a very pretty dress for little girls! It’s a sparkly tulle material that is a little scratchy on the outside but has an inner liner. I would say size up as the size 12 zipper is a little tight for my 12 year old (95lbs, 5’2”). It is super cute though and she received tons of compliments!"
