Good Day NY Spotlights Lola + the Boys for Back to School
Back-to-school season is officially here, and we’re celebrating with a little Lola + The Boys style.
On September 3, some of our favorite looks were featured on Good Day New York during Brittney Levine’s Back to School fashion segment on FOX 5. The segment highlighted some of the season’s fun kids’ fashion trends, including versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched throughout the school year.
We’re sharing a closer look at the Lola + The Boys styles featured on the show and why we think they’re perfect for the new school season.

Brittney’s segment focused on back-to-school trends that are stylish, versatile, and budget-friendly. She showed how a few fun pieces can be mixed and matched to create different outfits throughout the season.
Of course, we were especially excited to see our styles take the spotlight.

The Sequin Ombre Puff Sleeve Dress brought plenty of sparkle to the segment!
Featured as part of the sequin and metallic trend, this dress is made for little ones who love a little extra shine. The ombre sequins and puff sleeves create a playful, statement-making look that feels perfect for celebrations.
And it doesn't have to stay in the closet waiting for a big occasion. Brittney highlighted the $68 dress as a piece that can be worn for birthday parties and other special events.

Next up was our Gems Bow Cardigan, featured as part of the preppy chic trend.
Cardigans are having a major moment this fall, and we gave this classic wardrobe staple a playful Lola + The Boys update with adorable butterfly embellishments.
We also loved seeing the sky-blue color get some attention. While fall fashion often leans toward deeper shades, sky blue brings a fresh and unexpected pop of color to the season.

One of our favorite parts of Brittney’s segment was the focus on mix-and-match fashion.
We know back-to-school shopping can be a lot. There are school supplies to buy, schedules to organize, lunches to plan, and somehow, everyone needs something to wear on the first day.
That’s why we love versatile pieces that can work with clothes kids already have in their closets.
A fun cardigan can be worn with jeans or a skirt. A sparkly denim skirt can be styled with a simple tee. And a statement dress can make a birthday party or special day feel even more exciting.
At Lola + The Boys, we believe kids' fashion should be fun, expressive, and full of personality.
